1. Digital Products Policy
All products offered by Ormantira Spectrum — including mini-courses, PDF guides, resource bundles, and other digital content — are **non-refundable** due to their intangible and instantly accessible nature.
Once a purchase is completed and access to digital materials is granted, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
2. Exceptions
We may consider a refund in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- The product was not delivered due to a technical error on our end;
- You were charged in error or charged multiple times;
- The product is materially different from its description.
All refund requests must be submitted within **7 days** of purchase and reviewed at our sole discretion.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please contact us directly with:

- Order number or email used for purchase;
- A clear explanation of your issue.
We aim to respond to all requests within 3–5 business days.
4. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued simply because you changed your mind, found a better offer elsewhere, or no longer need the product. We encourage reviewing all course descriptions and previews before purchasing.
5. Future Updates
Purchasing a product grants you access to all future updates for that specific version at no extra cost — but does not entitle you to refunds if new content is added later.
